We offer a 3-day return/replacement policy only for the following reasons:

Damaged or defective product received

Wrong product sent

Size/model mismatch due to seller error


Conditions:

Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds are not applicable on COD orders; only replacement or store credit is available

Customer must provide an unboxing video for damage claims
